  • If changes to funded items are needed, email the Foundation for approval.

After You Submit

You get a confirmation email right away

It goes to the email address you entered on the cover page and names your project, so you have proof your application arrived.

The Foundation receives it immediately

Your full application — cover page, proposal, and budget — is delivered to the grants team and stored securely for the committee to review.

Decisions follow the review cycle

The grants committee reviews all applications together after the November 6 deadline. Late applications cannot be considered.

Ready when the window opens

The online form goes live October 5, 2026. Bring your draft to the Grant Writing Workshop on October 8 and finish it with help from a past recipient and a KSF Board Member.
